The hunt for the best seafood in New South Wales (NSW) continues as the power is passed into the hands of the Australian public to vote in the 2017 Seafood Excellence Awards People’s Choice categories.
The biennial Seafood Excellence Awards showcase the industry frontrunners and recognise businesses from all sectors of the seafood industry who are committed to supplying some of the world’s finest seafood to customers from local, national and international markets.
With voting open now until 6th July 2017, locals are encouraged to cast their vote in the ever-popular People’s Choice categories. Two awards are up for grabs this year – Best Seafood Restaurant in NSW (sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Best Seafood Retailer at Sydney Fish Market (sponsored by GSA Insurance Brokers).
Sydney Fish Market is ‘Australia’s Home of Seafood’, with retailers providing customers with the widest variety of fresh and cooked seafood. This year consumers are invited to vote for their favourite retailer at Sydney Fish Market, with all six wet fish retailers in the running to take home the award including: Christie’s Seafoods; Claudio’s Quality Seafoods; De Costi Seafoods – Sydney Fish Market; Musumeci Seafoods; Nicholas Seafoods and Peters – Sydney Fish Market.
To vote in the 2017 Seafood Excellence Awards, people can go online or SMS their vote before Thursday, 6 July (standard SMS charges apply).
