Pyrmont Festival 2019 was officially launched on August 27th at Cherry at The Star and the night augured well for a great festival this year. In attendance were guests from Orange 360, City Of Sydney, major sponsors, wine makers, beer brewers, food producers, and many local business owners and community leaders.
Lord Mayor of Sydney Clover Moore gave a speech acknowledging the festival as an important community event and one that has established itself as a calendar highlight.
The mood was high, the food was delicious and the wine and beer provided by festival participants was exceptional.
The festival program was announced and it looks amazing. The two day headliner in Pirrama Park on September 28 and 29 will be the climax of the program. There will also be some fabulous wine maker dinners, tastings, cooking classes, and parties. The TAP Gallery is once again hosting an exhibition of works from local artists as part of the Pyrmont Prize.
Don’t forget to enter the competition for your chance to win a pass on the Vino Express for a weekend trip to Orange.
