Pyrmont Ultimo Chamber of Commerce teamed up with Netstripes for a very successful Bizruption networking event on April 17. Held in the Lux Theatre at Hoyts Broadway, the meeting was attended by a large number business owners, comfortably seated in plush reclining chairs.
Sonia Wray, energetic as ever, was CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) for the evening. The theme – sustainability and innovation – was explored by an expert panel that included Nicole J Murphy (Head of Environmental Sustainability at NAB), Bronwyn Darlington (Coordinator at University of Sydney, Environmental Defenders Office) and Dinesh De Silva (Founder of Netstripes).
Drinks and canapes in the bar area afterwards helped relax the mood for some networking and socialising.
The next Bizruption will be held on Tuesday June 5 at WeWork Martin Place. An incredible line up of speakers is planned and it promises to be – as always – a lively, informative and convivial evening.
It’s free but you need to reserve your spot.
